Welcome back, it has been a while!
I was really busy lately, and just last weekend I had a photoshooting for Tokyo Street Snaps in Harajuku, where I got to wear one of my favorite coordinates.
You can find all pictures and outfit details HERE.
Cardigan: Baby the Stars Shine Bright
Skirt: Angelic Pretty
Shoes: Amazon JP
Hat: Angelic Pretty
Necklace: Angelic Pretty
Rings: Offbrand, Baby the Stars Shine Bright, Angelic Pretty
Brooch: Angelic Pretty
Bag: Angelic Pretty
Parasol: Angelic Pretty
I had a lot of time to decide on the outfit, so I went for a theme that I didn't wear a lot lately: Chocolate.
The idea behind it was making a coordinate that was the female equivalent of Ouji, classic and elegant, but a little bit over the top. Especially the skirt and the brooch on the skirt remind me of an ouji coordinate, though it's technically still lolita.
Skirt and bag were two of the first pieces I bought (second hand) to build a lolita wardrobe with the intention of actually wearing what I buy. The most recent piece is the parasol, which I just got a few weeks back at Laforet Sales.
Though it was a hot day in mid august, I could really enjoy the photoshoot, given the way the pictures built up. The photographer is an amazing artist, in editing as well as taking the pictures, it was really different from what I normally expect to happen at a photoshooting day.
Despite the heat and the burning sun I had a great morning out in Harajuku, and though the rest of the day was rather stressful, I couldn't help but think back to the pictures and how they would turn out.
